ISO क्या है जानिए ?
ISO एक गैर-सरकारी International स्टैण्डर्ड संगठन (Organization) है जो दुनियाभर के उद्योगों के उत्पादों, ऊर्जा प्रबंधन, सामजिक कार्य आदि के लिए एक मानक सर्टिफिकेट जारी करता है। यह संगठन दुनियाभर के कई देशों ने आपस में मिलकर बनाया है। अब तक 167 से अधिक देश इस ISO संगठन के मेंबर हैं। आपको बता दें की हर प्रकार के ISO certificate के लिए अलग-अलग प्रकार के संख्यात्मक कोड बनाये गए हैं जो विभिन्न कार्यों और उत्पाद (Product) के लिए जारी किये जाते हैं।
ISO का इतिहास (History)
ISO की स्थापना सन 1926 में International Federation of the National Standardizing Associations (ISA) के तौर पर हुई थी जिसका मुख्य फोकस मेकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग के बने उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता और सुरक्षा से था। लेकिन सन 1942 में द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के समय ISA को यूनाइटेड नेशन के द्वारा भंग कर दिया गया।
इसके बाद United Nations Standards Coordinating Committee (UNSCC) के द्वारा यह प्रस्ताव रखा गया की मानकों के लिए एक Global Standard Body होनी चाहिए। जिसके बाद ISA और UNSCC के 25 सदस्य देशों ने लन्दन में International Organization for Standardization के लिए एक एग्रीमेंट साइन किया।जिसके बाद आधिकारिक तौर पर 23 फरवरी 1947 को ISO अपने वजूद में आया।
ISO की Structure and organization:
- जैसा की आप जानते हैं की ISO एक स्वैछिक संगठन है जिसके मानक देशों के सदस्य जेनेवा स्थित केंद्रीय सचिवालय में अपने-अपने देशों का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं। हर वर्ष जेनेवा में ISO वार्षिक बैठक का आयोजन किया जाता है।
- जेनेवा में ISO के केंद्रीय सचिवालय के वार्षिक बजट का निर्धारण 20 सदस्यी निकायों के द्वारा किया जाता है। यह 20 सदस्य अलग-अलग देशों के प्रतिनिधि होते हैं।
- ISO के टेक्निकल मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड में 250 से अधिक टेक्निकल कमेटीज़ हैं। जो ISO के मानकों का निर्धारण और संरक्षण करती हैं।

ISO अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानक के कोड रूप का विस्तृत विवरण:
- जब भी किसी उत्पाद , वस्तु या उद्योग को उनेक स्पेसिफिकेशन के आधार पर ISO संख्या कोड दिया जाता है तो वह कुछ इस प्रकार से ISO[/IEC][/ASTM] [IS] nnnnn[:yyyy] प्रोडक्ट के ऊपर लिखा या छपा होता है।
- यहां पर उपरोक्त कोड में nnnn एक तय मानक संख्या होती जो ISO जारी करता है। उसी प्रकार yyyy के स्थान पर वह वर्ष दर्ज रहता है जिसे वर्ष में वह प्रोडक्ट बना या तैयार हुआ है।
- यदि कोई कम्पनी संयुक्त मानक तकनीकी समिति JTC1 के तय मानक के अनुसार प्रोडक्ट तैयार करती है तो प्रोडक्ट पर ISO के स्थान पर IEC लिखा होता है।
- यदि प्रोडक्ट कुछ परिस्थितियों के अनुसार अपूर्ण रह जाता है तो उस प्रोडक्ट पर IS लिख दिया जाता है जिसका मतलब यह उत्पाद उपयोग हेतु नहीं है।
- इसी तरह अगर किसी उत्पाद के लिए तकनीकी रिपोर्ट जारी की जाती है। उस उत्पाद के मानक कोड में TR लिखा जाता है उदाहरण के लिए आप नीचे दिए गए कोड को देख सकते हैं –

ISO सर्टिफिकेशन के लिए आवेदन शुल्क:
दोस्तों हम आपको बताते चलें की ISO के लिए Certification का आवेदन शुल्क भी विभिन्न संगठनों के अनुसार अलग-अलग होता है। आपको बता दें की आवेदन शुल्क के लिए अंतरष्ट्रीय मानक संगठन ने इन सभी के लिए विभिन्न मापदंडो (Parameters) को निर्धारित किया है जो इस प्रकार से हैं –
- सर्टिफिकेशन के लिए आवेदन करने वाले संगठन का आकार क्या है।
- ISO Certification के लिए आवेदन Organization में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या कितनी है।
- संगठन का मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम और Complexity क्या और कितनी है।
- संगठन के Certification के लिए जरूरी बात यह वहां कमर्चारियों के काम करने के घंटे निश्चित है या नहीं काम कितनी Working shift में किया जाता है।
ISO सर्टिफिकेशन में लगने वाला समय:
दोस्तों जब कोई संगठन ISO सर्टिफिकेशन के लिए Apply करता है। तो अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानक संगठन के द्वारा पूरी तरह जांच पड़ताल होने के बाद सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाता है यहाँ हम आपको बता रहे हैं की विभिन्न संगठनों के लिए सर्टिफिकेट मिलने में कितना समय लग जाता है –
- स्माल उद्योगों के लिए ISO सर्टिफिकेशन हेतु कम से कम 6 से 8 महीने का समय लगता है।
- मीडियम प्रकार के उद्योगों के लिए ISO सर्टिफिकेशन हेतु कम से कम 8 से 12 महीने का समय लगता है।
- बड़े उद्योगों के लिए ISO सर्टिफिकेशन हेतु कम से कम 12 से 15 महीने का समय लगता है।
ISO Certification हेतु Organization चुनने के नियम:
दोस्तों ISO ने किसी भी संस्था को सर्टिफिकेशन हेतु कुछ तय नियम बनाये हैं जो इस प्रकार से हैं –
- आवेदन करने वाली बॉडी को Serval Certificate bodies के रूप में Evaluate करना चाहिए।
- सर्टिफिकेशन प्राप्त करने वाली बॉडी अपने यहाँ CASCO Standards का उपयोग करनी चाहिए।
- सर्टिफिकेशन के लिए सबसे बड़ी बात Organization किसी अधिकृत संस्था के द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त होनी चाहिए।
ISO के पंजीकरण के लिए मांगे जाने वाले आवश्यक दस्तावेज:
दोस्तों यदि आपका कोई भी बिजनस है और आप अपनी कंपनी और प्रोडक्ट के लिए ISO सर्टिफिकेट चाहते हैं तो आपके पास यह निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज होने चाहिए –
- सरकार द्वारा अधिकृत संस्था से प्रमाणित रूप से लिखा होना चाहिए की आपका व्यवसाय पंजीकृत है।
- आवेदक का निगमन प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक का GST प्रमाण पत्र
- सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्योग मंत्रालय के द्वारा अपने व्यवसाय का MSME सर्टिफिकेट।
- आवेदक के व्यवसाय का लेटरहेड या विस्टिंग कार्ड।
- व्यवसाय का एक invoice डिटेल्स बिल जिसमें निम्नलिखित सूचना दर्ज होनी चाहिए –
- सामान के बिक्री से संबंधित पूर्ण विवरण
- सामान खरीद का पूर्ण विवरण
भारत में ISO certificate के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें:
भारत में यदि आपको अपनी कंपनी के लिए ISO सर्टिफिकेट चाहिए तो आपको अपना व्यवसाय सूक्ष्म एवं लघु मंत्रालय की उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन के तहत रजिस्टर करना होगा। जिसकी पूरी प्रक्रिया हमने आपको आगे बताई है –
- अपना उद्यम रजिस्टर करने के लिए आप सबसे पहले भारत सरकार की उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://udyamregistration.gov.in/ पर जाएँ।
- वेबसाइट पर आने के बाद आपको उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन की वेबसाइट के होम पेज पर For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as MSME or those with EM-I का बटन दिखाई देगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के लिए बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने Aadhar Verification with OTP का पेज ओपन हो जाएगा। पेज ओपन होने के बाद जरूरी डिटेल्स को दर्ज करके Validate & Generate OTP के बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- जिसके बाद आपके रजिस्टर मोबाइल नंबर एक OTP आएगा। OTP को डालकर Submit के बटन पर क्लिक कर वेरीफाई करें।
- OTP वेरीफाई होने के बाद आपको अपने व्यवसाय का प्रकार भरना है। व्यवसाय भरने के बाद आपसे आपका PAN नंबर पूछा जाएगा। PAN नंबर की डिटेल्स डालकर PAN Validate के बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- इसके बाद आपसे पूछा जाएगा की आप इनकम टैक्स प्रदाता है या नहीं यदि हैं तो यस के बटन को सेलेक्ट करें। इसी तरह अगर आप GST रिटर्न भरते हैं तो Yes के विकल्प का चयन करें।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म में मांगी गयी जरूरी डिटेल्स को सावधानी और ध्यानपूर्वक भरें। जरूरी डिटेल्स भरने के बाद Submit and Get Final OTP के बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- OTP वेरीफाई होने के बाद कैप्चा कोड को डालें। कैप्चा कोड डालने के बाद Final Submit के बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- बटन पर क्लिक करते ही भारत सरकार के पास आपका उद्यम रजिस्टर हो जाएगा। आवेदन फॉर्म को आप भविष्य उपयोग के लिए आसानी से प्रिंट भी कर सकते हैं।
- इस तरह से आप अपना व्यवसाय उद्यम रजिस्ट्रेशन के माध्यम से भारत सरकार के मंत्रालय सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्योग के रजिस्टर करवा सकते हैं।
